I have Had so Much going on my my life the past few weeks I feel that I have forgotten to
STOP
TAKE A DEEP BREATH
and Breath
not just a little breath ... but u know the ones that make U drink in the fresh air and all the good that's in it and when U breath out U breath out all the crap ...
Today something made me really stop and think
That we aren't all going to be around for ever
Some thing that's made me want to hold all the people that I have close to me in my heart so tight and I never wanna let go ..
It has made me think that we need to appreciate every second we have with each person we Love,
appreciate everything that is around Us
and everything we have
But Please Promise
when U tuck your kids in at night
HUG them hard kiss them loads and tell them how much U love them
Never ever let a day go Buy with out telling the people whom you Love that you love them
and try to enjoy all the Positives in your day
Cause U never know whats around the Crn
GUYS I lov U all ... BIG TIME

I had that wakeup call many years ago after losing two friends tragically.
I have learned : Live to regret the things you did, not the things you didn't do.
Say "sorry". Say "I love you". Whatever it is you need to say, say it, don't ever have to say "I wish I had said...".

Oh yeah baby, that's so true. One of my hugest comforts since my brother has died is that each time we talked I told him I loved him when we hung up. Just six weeks before he died I also told him how proud I was of him and the way he has managed the circumstances of his life.
Oh, by the way. You rock - you are a caring, affectionate and very cool friend and we miss ya heaps. The boys wanty Aunty rach to visit and the Maccas accross the road is screaming 'Latte latte - I KNOW YOU WANT ME'
